HOW DO I SELL MY OLD KIDS CLOTHES WITH TINY TOTS?

First you need to register your details with us to set up a seller account. Once registered you will receive an email containing our info pack which includes our full terms & conditions and instructions for re-sale. 

 

Once you are ready to sell with us you simply fill out our quick and easy sales form. (takes 5 mins) You can then either send a digital copy or include a hard copy enclosed with your sale items and drop off at the drop off point or arrange a collection when we can collect your items. Digital copies are preferred & all items will need to be clearly packed & labelled.

 

Your items will be logged and labelled ready for sale & you will receive a confirmation detailing your items and corresponding amount payable.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Sellers will be paid in full within 30 days of each sale event via bank transfer. We aim to make payment within 10 working days. 

We accept card & cash payments for shop purchases.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer exchange only on all items purchased at our sale events.


We do not offer refunds, however, any faulty or exchange requests will be honoured with credit towards your next purchase.

Any unsold sale items can be returned to the seller, or we will simply hold as stock for the following sale.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

We do not currently offer gift cards.
